Posted 06 November 2008
Get close-up views of up to 20,000
elegant Tundra Swans and 500,000 colorful ducks and geese - in addition

The event will feature field trips on Saturday and Sunday to Minnesota,

An introductory presentation will be held tomorrow evening, Friday,
Nov. 7, by Tim Loose, biologist with the Upper Mississippi River Refuge.
The weekend event will feature expert speakers and vendors with nature
items. There will also be a silent auction.
A Homemade Sourdough Pancake Breakfast will be held Saturday morning
from 7 until 9 a.m. at the Lansing United Methodist Church.
On Saturday night, Nov. 8, join organizers for dinner, plus a live
auction and live music.
