Thanksgiving
Celebration at Seed Savers Exchange

Seed Savers Exchange will hold their
Thanksgiving Celebration this Saturday, Nov. 22, from 1 - 4 p.m. at the
Lillian Goldman Visitors Center, 3074 N. Winn Street, in Decorah.
Join in the fun at Seed Savers Heritage Farm as the gifts from the
garden are celebrated and the organization show's their appreciation
for community's support.
With a Three Sisters Garden focus - corn, beans and squash - sample
Three Sisters Stew and attend a Pilgrim Pumpkin Pie demonstration where
the pie is baked in the shell.
Enjoy “Focus on Corn!” a photographic display by David Cavagnaro. There
will also be a gift basket drawing.
New Historic Seed Company Catalog covers will be available as tin signs
and magnets and the Seed Savers Exchange 2009 Calendars are in!
Winneshiek Wildberry Winery and Peaks Orchard will also have
representatives and products on hand.
