Phi Theta Kappa Member Wins Award

Phi Theta Kappa members at NICC’s Calmar campus garnered regional
and national recognition this past spring. Chapter members and advisors
received honors for their commitment to academic excellence and to the
honor society’s principles.
As recently as April, the chapter’s winning streak culminated with one
of Phi Theta Kappa’s most prestigious honors:
NICC student Teresa Dehning winning the Distinguished Member
Award, one of only 30 awarded annually in the country. The
recognition follows a successful pattern over the past academic
year. Chapter members accepted honors at the Phi Theta Kappa
International Convention, April 16-18 in Grapevine, Tex. |
